Operations Management Graduate, going around the companyt on placements in different areas of Operations in order to gain experience.

I have thoroughly enjoyed the program, which has given me many opportunities.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes alot, from signalling trains to Controller of site security, Personal Track safety, management skills and people skills.

I believe my scheme was well organised, by the perfect scheme manager.

I recieved alot of support whenever i needed it. I never had ay issues.

It is a work in prgress and a foundation to build upon. It gives me what i need to start.
