Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Analysing retailer's financial product performance and collaboratively working with the pricing & sales development team to improve network performance. Producing reports, presentations and predictions for financial product campaigns. Supporting area manager team with insights to retailer network performance while managing big data.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given an incredible amount of responsibility and fitted in the team as a full time employee. I led projects and implemented many processes. I was given presentation roles for projects that allowed me to share findings to crowds of over 100 people.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Culture was very welcoming and supportive. The team had a few gatherings out of work and the department manager tried to make meetings engaging.
