Process Documentation: Assist in documenting existing processes and workflows, ensuring that all procedures are clearly outlined and easily accessible for future reference.
Data Analysis: Analyze process performance metrics and provide insights to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies. You will be expected to use data to support recommendations for process improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to gather information and feedback on current processes. Your ability to communicate effectively will be essential in fostering collaboration.
Project Support: Participate in ongoing projects aimed at process enhancement. This may involve conducting research, preparing presentations, and assisting in the implementation of new initiatives.

Tools and Software: Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Tableau) will be beneficial. Training will be provided for any specific tools used by the team.

I received plenty of support from many of the areas of the business. The company did a good job of settling me in, and letting me know there were many avenues for help, for my mental wellbeing and technical skills if I wanted it.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly and welcoming people. I felt my team was very flexible schedule, even in last minute situation which was really helpful. The company really does encourage you to improve your skill, interact with other teams, and engage with company's history and products.
