Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight experience involved a two day firm wide induction process in London. This was made up of skills sessions, guest speakers and networking.
On a day to day basis in the office I was tasked with attending meetings, carrying out audit work, and shadowing senior team members.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very informative about the specific business role I was engaged in (L&C Audit). However, there was no information provided about alternative roles and was informed that switching roles would be a difficult process, not just simply transferring.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was fantastic. The general atmosphere was relaxed, everyone was very friendly and inclusive. There were many opportunities to socialise and get involved throughout the programme.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I did enjoy really enjoy the insight. The highlights of the insight were the induction days in London and also the social involvements with the office. I did find the work to be a little repetitive at times.
