Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Getting involved in daily stand-up's with the team to talk about work done/ to be done. Being taught how to independently complete essential audit tasks/procedures progressively throughout the scheme. Given the opportunity to sit in on client meetings. A good blend of learning and being given a surprising amount of responsibility for tasks
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Interesting, I feel i had the opportunity to talk to a wide range of people from a range of different business areas, however the short length of the scheme made this harder

Yes, improved my technical skills on Excel, which I had not used at university. Also developed my communication and networking skills in a big way. Exposed to a professional yet friendly environment

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very good, friendly welcoming culture within the office. However, I would of liked to of seen more non-work events with the team

Very much enjoyed this insight scheme, the main drawback is that it is not longer in length as I feel 4 weeks is not enough
