Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
BDO has been my first experience of a corporate work environment, which I feel I have transitioned into well. I work within the billing team of the finance support department, focusing on creating billing runs for a variety of different services provided by the Liverpool SSC. I have vastly improved my ability within excel and other software programmes such as ServiceNow and Workday. Balancing multiple tasks and deadlines has allowed me to greatly improve my communication skills, as well as time management and multitasking. I have also been trusted to train new members of our team who joined once I was fully trained.
