Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
I work with the whole team. There are staffs will give the tasks and will teach you how to work them.
I need to process data using EY system and Excel. Comparing the results with the data of customers and find the variance. Once I found the material variance, I need to report to the seniors and find the reasons.
Each week, we will have a session about management. It will learn more about the leadership and how to work with a team.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
1.I developed the social skills because EY organized many wonderful event for interns to network. I became more extroverted and also knew many excellent friends. Also, I developed my depth of reflecting the things.
2.I learnt some excel skills and be exposed to the EY special system for assurance. I can interact with team members better.

All staffs are friendly and like to help with others. In EY,I can feel the feel of belongings. In addition, EY do build a better working world. When I work with people and be in the office, I felt happy.
