What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It is very exciting. I have liked the fact that everyone's journey has been different but everyone has progressed and gone on to do better and bigger roles with more responsibilities.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Macfarlanes' culture is very open-minded and elite in my personal experience. They have allowed for a lot of chances to people who may not have been able to have gotten that. Everyone seems happy and works really hard as well. It is a very green and happy place :)

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I have enjoyed the insight a lot, I've felt heard by the Early Legal Careers team and I have also been looked after immaculately well by the team here and my supervisor specifically, they have been amazing, which has made the experience extraordinary.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Macfarlanes
I would say to be yourself. It is a firm with personality and wants to invite people in from different walks of life who work extremely hard. I also think you should be authentically you and show the best things you love doing and what makes you happy.
