Bi-weekly 1:! with my manger were a great support as well as providing future career advice and opportunities to help develop and progress. The company also provided many opportunities to gain different types of support.

Try get some prior experience working around vehicles as it gives you a much better understanding of the inner working and processes conducted in plant.
