At City Year UK, my role involves supporting young people in their educational journey by providing mentoring, guidance, and helping to create an inclusive learning environment. On a day-to-day basis, I engage with students, assist teachers in the classroom, and participate in various initiatives aimed at improving student outcomes, particularly in under-resourced schools. My goal is to inspire and empower students, helping them build confidence and achieve their potential
