Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Each of the two weeks was sat in a different seat with a trainee supervisor who would assign tasks which they may complete in their working day. Additionally, there were group tasks to complete with other vacation schemers and daily talks on different areas of the firm.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
A useful experience especially being sat with a trainee giving a good insight into the work life of a trainee solicitor which is the role ultimately being applied for.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very friendly. It was notable how willing people in all areas of the firm were more than willing to give up time to provide valuable insights to us on the scheme.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Very enjoyable on the whole. Some of the enjoyment is taken out by the pressure of wishing to be selected for the role, but that is inevitable. Otherwise, in general, the tasks were engaging and all the people who I interacted with were engaging and very generous with their time.
