I assist elderly people who live in their own homes. I help them with personal care , medication, shopping and other daily living activities that they can't do themselves.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I fully enjoy the programme because Direct Link Care (DLC) supports me to achieve better results by resources, time and moral support.

Yes, i have learnt in depth, person centred care in depth.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

At first it wasn't organised but at the moment and time its now organised. At first l did not have a tutor who was serious with their job, now l have a tutor who is very helpful and supportive.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive full support from my employer.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive excellent support at the moment from training the provider.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel very well with the training for i feel confident in most of the areas of work which i wasn't confident before. I am now able to execute my duties effectively and I have built a lot of confidence.

There are so many opportunities that a friend would not regret ever.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Direct Link Care?
I would advise them to apply and they would be met with professionalism and will be treated fairly. Most of things are transparent nothing hidden.
