To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

My programme is very enjoyable. My trainer makes it very easy to learn and can take what I learned in our sessions into my working day.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured. Have a mix of in person and online meetings. Given time to complete certain tasks and the trainer is always available to give structured feedback.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support. They allow me time to attend the sessions for my programme and help me with any issues I have with my projects.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my Training provider. We have a structured workflow and if I have any issues or questions they are always happy to help whenever they can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Through learning my qualification, my performance will and has greatly improved in my role. It has helped me overcome challenges in a different and more effective way and makes my work more efficient.

I have been invited to many networking events with the company allowing me to meet other business owners in the area and branch out our business.

Why?
This company has a great team and amazing working environment. If I need anything all I do is ask and we work out the best way to overcome the situation together. There is never a problem in the business. We turn problems into opportunity.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to C2C Group?
It is quite a different way of working than most other companies. We are a close team and work together as well as on our own. Be open to working with the team but be prepared to have your own projects as well.
