I carry out planned works that will appear on my PDA daily which can varie from electrical testing, fuse board replacements, rewires and day to day repairs.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Going out my by myself in a van carrying out works in my name building up my reputation and skills.

Definitely learnt the skill of independence applying it to my technical skills.

Very organised communication is second to none, never had any problems with any sort of training.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My line managers and HR are super supportive and only ever a phone call away if help is ever needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They do really well in some sectors however can lack in certain areas such as communication.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My role to becoming a fully qualified electrician is definitely on track due to my tutors guidance.
