Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Testing electrical appliances, visiting tenants and residents and testing their electrics. Out and about with the engineers shadowing their work, conduit installations, containment installations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really love it, the people, the opportunities and the Company. Everyone is really supportive and helpful. They even let me drive the company van when i passed my test which is unheard of.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

How to do electrical installations, testing remedial works, emergency lighting and fire alarm installs. The work has been really varied and interesting.

Very organised and well structured.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer are very supportive. They have created a training room for the apprentices so we can get together in groups and help each other with experienced engineers.
