Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

I send out letters to different clients for example engagement letters, tax returns, HMRC Letters. I talk to clients in reception and offer them drinks. I help with organising events and setting up.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme because there is a good balance of learning which can be at college or at work. I am happy at my workplace and enjoy working with my co workers

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

my confidence has increased by talking to new people each day. My letter writing skills have improved, along with emails. My skills have increased on the computer because I use different softwares which require learning.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

It is well organised, I often have meetings with my manager or college assessor in order to stay on track with work and also to help me if I have any problems with college/work.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive full support from my employer and always reive assistance or help with my tasks when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive good support but I wish to have a little more from my training provider. Explanations on some of the tasks are not well/ fully explained.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps me to perform to an extent but most of the training from the college is not always applied to the job role because I learn my tasks her and how to do them.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is training like first aid training which I took part in , there are some opportunities to go to networking events and there are also sports teams
