This apprenticeship has helped build on my confidence, communication skills and organisation skills. It has also helped me learn so many things about different IT systems.

My training provider pushes me to do the absolute best I can at all times, and they are always there if I do need any support,
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
When I have my training days, we often cover topics that can help our progress within our working environment and then that information can be applied when in the office/ working.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
3/5
There are lots of Networks that are offered within the council so you can find groups who may be going through the same thing/ share similar experiences
