Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a daily basis i process payments coming in and out of the business, i am responsible for completing monthly reporting and logging staff holidays. I also undertook a project updating tech in office.

I have a set daily routine which has helped from the outset. I have learnt at a steady pace, 20% of my working week was allocated to study time
How much support do you receive from your employer?

100% support, my employed supported me and motivated me through out the whole apprenticeship, supplying me with everything i needed as well as funding my apprenticeship.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I could email them for help as often as i needed and 9x out of 10 they would get back within the next hour, also alongside weekly catchup meetings and work set on Onefile.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I have much more knowledge on my job role after completing my qualification, and i have gained much more confidence in my role.
