To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I complete my course on day release which gives me a good amount of time to study and complete assignments meaning a healthy balance between my social, academic and work life.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

skills including SAP, communication and sales.
Learnt a lot about the aerospace and defence industry that i will be able to take with me throughout my whole career. in my apprenticeship I have been able to learn the theory behind what I do at work and managing business and people.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

we have clear modals that are set out over each term. we are taught the theory and what is expected out of the assignments and we are giver study days to be able to get the work done.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer give me the time I need in work hours to be able to complete my university work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

All theory for each modal is taught to us in lectures before we are sent away to complete each assignment

Business leadership and management look at all areas of the business and will also help me when I start managing people within my team at SBR.
