My role involves managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulation. On a day-to-day basis, this typically includes the following tasks:
Bookkeeping: Keeping track of daily financial transactions, such as sales, expenses, and payments. Financial Reporting: Preparing financial statements like income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my programme I love the help I am given by my coworkers when I don't understand a task everyone is always very helpful, and I feel like I can never ask a silly question.

Yes, I have learnt how to use multiple different accounting software without the help of my supervisors or managers which has increased my efficiency substantially.

The programme is very well structured and organised there is always work for me when i come in which is brilliant as i am always learning something new.

I receive quite a lot of help from my managers there always more than happy to help not to mention i can go to them if anything is ever on my mind.

I receive loads of support from my training provider the skills coaches are all fantastic and i can go to them whenever i feel like something is bothering me.

Yes, at my work we are very big on Paddle and a group of us play it at least once a week

HB is a very profession and hard-working firm they have brilliant work life balance and very rarely require you to stay past 5pm
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to HB Accountants?
Be yourself in the interviews make sure your CV is updated and interview practice before hand will be my advice to anyone applying.
