Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
I also deal with speaking with members of the public, this tends to be over the phone, this can be face-to-face too.
Responsibilities of mine, is to ensure that i have completed any outstanding/relevant tasks that may have been assigned via Outlook email from my colleagues.
I use People Planner to record my conversation from either phone call or whatsapp.
