Started as an apprentice but now qualified as a hair stylist. This means I am now able to do my dream job day to day and make people feel confident.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I loved the programme and what I had to do, this has gave me lots of confidence and made me better at my job now.

I have leaned lots of new skills and techniques and developed massively, in the academy and my work placement.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very organised, we have a weekly planner so we can see what we are doing each week before we even enter their training academy.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive lots of support from my employer. We have training days every week on what I need to work on and they help me out with theory side of things as-well. Over all lots of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

We revive lots of support from the training company, and they work with our employers and come together and make us the best we can be and help us with training out of academy.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualifications makes me feel more confident and become a better stylist. This has made me better in my role because I feel happy on knowing what I am doing.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At work we have lots of different things we get involved with, we go in extra training corses and meet different hair stylists. We also go and see new things in the industry

Because I have gained so much confidence going to exceed and working with some amazing people. The training they provide is amazing and opens different and opportunities.
