My role involves, designing, delivering and reviewing training for the first stage of leadership and management. Alongside supporting the apprentices who are completing their Level 3 in early Years
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed the programme a lot. The community of apprentices allowed me to learn from my peers who were in other organisations.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, a lot. The apprenticeship consistently provided me with new knowledge skills and behaviours. Due to my line manager support I was able to implement these into my practice

Very well organised. My learner coach consistently kept us updated and the work and pushed me to achieve more

A lot of support Bright Horizons encouraged me to complete the apprenticeship and supported me consistently throughout to implement my new learning into our company.
