Working with clients to improve their HR processes/ the company for the people. I also work with multiple teams to ensure their work is being completed correctly

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed being able to work across different teams before deciding the team I wanted to join. I also enjoyed the qualifications attached to it

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Mostly organised but as the consulting teams are so varied, it's hard to receive support. I also found in the initial instance I wasn't given enough information in terms of pre qualification requirements and what my day to day role would look like.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

So we get the tuition and exam date, it's easy to defer exams if needed and teams are supportive of apprentices logging off after usual hours are completed- if we have an exam to revise for. However the study leave given is nowhere near enough and during exam season I have to work a lot of hours outside of my day to day work

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It doesn't but I still enjoyed the content

Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

yes, there are sessions for the junior grades in my team. There are options of sports teams though I don't join these.

Why?

There are endless opportunities, it is a great company to work for, there are good benefits and I've enjoyed this apprenticeship as it gave me a taste of different teams before committing to a team.
