To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my job and want to be fully focused on the operational side. There is quite a significant amount of paperwork that must be complete, which could be a little less so we can focus on the job itself.

Yes, Operational procedures such as High rise and Power plant procedures.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The path from interview to training then on to the station is very well put together. Giving you more and more relevant knowledge about the LFB as you progress.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Have not had to rely on them too much for anything accept facilitating sports leave. which they have been very helpful with.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At the moment there is ample amount of information on the babcock learning portal path way.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

All the modules and classes help grow my knowledge and understanding of how and what to do on the job in various different scenarios using a multitude of equipment.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes I have been apart of the International womens day and compete with the GB ladies fire brigade rugby team.
