My Role involves primarily to drive a bus in service with members of the public from all walks of life
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the fact I have a continues support system makes my learning experience enjoyable

I have gained valuable knowledge in order to carry out my job to the best of my abilities. Also given me confidence to deal with emergency incident and situations when they arise

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Classroom tutors and Assessors simplify my training plan also instructions are given clearly in a timey fashion.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

As apprentice you are very well supported by your Assessor on a regular basis you also have IQA’s and Apprenticeship manager if you wanted to escalate any issues or concerns. All around great support system I must say.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have regular and continuous support, my assessor was always available over the phone or face to face. I have regular E learning sessions online and face to face.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I gives me the much needed knowledge, enables me to do my job to a good standard. Also upskills me to understand the business estructure.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There is plenty of opportunities and events such as social clubs, garage football clubs. We have games to play pool, team bounding sessions.
