Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend KPMG to a friend?
Yes
Why?
I love the environment that has been set around the office. Regardless of what team one is in, everyone you come across is very kind and welcoming. My team specifically have helped me so much with my integration into such a large firm, which has helped me stress less and focused more on being there for my team. I also love how different everyone is KPMG. It is rare that you will walk around the office and not see someone who looks like you which is very refreshing, and makes working for such a company less daunting because you don't feel like you're the only one. Additionally, there is a society for anyone and everyone. Do you love Netball? There is a netball society. Love photography? There is a society for that too.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to KPMG?
Be yourself, KPMG love individuality. It's a lot easier to be yourself than to try and be someone you're not. I would also say believe in yourself. I get it, KPMG is a large prestigious company, and it may seem daunting and "why should they pick me," but the best thing you can do for yourself during the process is believe.
