For Newcastle I feel there is a slight lack of sport socials that are available. It is improving though

I feel at my office there is a genuine care for each other. Might be due to the smaller size of the office but there is a sense of community here.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
Have enough experience beforehand to get to the interviews. Then just be you.
