Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Explore Programme was a 4 day insight into the Nomura's 3 divisions. Due to Covid-19, the programme was all online and consisted of interactive sessions about what the different divisions consist of, carrying out presentations ourselves, networking sessions and also soft-skills training.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very informative as I wasn't entirely sure what roles there were within the different divisions and also talking with analysts was beneficial to gain more understanding on this too.
