Extremely, I have a tutor who will reach out to me and she is easily accessible. I have a programme I follow on the app making it clear what is due and all of the available tools I need to be able to complete the assignments.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot, I am able to complete work in work time. I have the support of colleagues in the business who specialise in areas I am learning about.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot I am in regular contact with hem and have access to the App 24/7. there are a lot of tools and packages to give me the information I need to progress with my qualification.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me the key knowledge I need to be confident and also gives me the key skills I need to progress.

There are always professional networking events and we have activates that all the homes get involved with alongside the people we support. We also have a huge awards ceremony each year which is just incredible
