To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoyed my programme. Voyage / Paragon picked up my qualification with no questions asked, when I was at risk of needing to complete this from the very start due to previous provider going into administration.

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer was hugely supportive of this and particularly my line manager would regularly assist me with this. They were a huge part of me achieving this as fast as I did.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support was generally good, however there was some disruption due to change of tutors.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it is absolutely essential to fill the role and the qualification gives one more confidence that you have the skillset required for the role.
