I am a senior associate on audits, which involves carrying out planning and test work, coaching junior team members, speaking to managers and partners about queries, and speaking to the client.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do in general, every apprenticeship has good and bad points

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt so many skills since starting, I have a high level of ability in excel and my client communication, teamworking and coaching skills have improved a lot.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

For the first two years it was well organised, but as a higher level apprentice the guidance has dropped off

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Most of the tutors I would give a 10/10, but BPP are so chronically disorganised it is unbelievable. Half the time you don't get course dates, or they're wrong, or they don't send you materials or give you online access. Never seen such a poorly run organisation.
