Starting work at 8:30 we do a variety of training. This includes pumps& ladders,RFF,BA, general understanding of he role as well as the understanding of every aspect of our job role

A Complete new skills set has been learnt. Everything to do with firefighting and how to serve the community
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I believe it is pretty well structured but improvements are needed. Some processes do not make sense and money could be saved in areas. Such as getting coaches to other locations. Some facilities do need improvement. The supply of PPE is very unsatisfactory and we have had to wear PPE that is ill fitting in environments that we need correct PPE for.

It 100% helps but could do with being a little longer and more in depth. I feel u understand areas fully but could do with a little more training for competency
