Training at different venues, learning different aspects of how to be a firefighter. Learning to have high standards in every aspect of the role, from uniform to the more physical aspects of the job

The programme is great, very intense but really enjoyable!

Yes, I have learned many new skills, as well as developing existing ones such as teamwork and confidence

Mostly good, but some things could be better. PPE issues and some organisation issues have caused some stress
