Interesting and varied work, good work life balance, many opportunities for lateral and vertical progression. Also good working environment with friendly co workers with a feeling of meaningful and fulfilling work.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to London Fire Brigade?
There is a lot of technical knowledge to learn as well as physical requirements, its a very skilled job so make sure you are prepared to study
