Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a bus driver, my role involves safely transporting passengers to their destinations along designated routes. On a day to day basis, I check the vehicle for safety before starting my shift, follow a set schedule, pick up and drop off passengers at stops, assist those who need help boarding.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme to a great extent, as it allows me to work independently while also interacting with different people throughout the day. I take pride in providing a reliable and safe service, and I find satisfaction in knowing that I play an important role in helping people get to work, school, and other important places.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

my communication and customer service skills has improved, as I interact with a wide range of passengers daily. My time management has improved as this is important to stay on schedule. Additionally, I’ve become more confident in handling difficult situations calmly and safely, such as dealing with traffic, unexpected delays, or passenger concerns.
