Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Day to day it envoles loading out stone, brick and blocks. Loading out the mortar and pointing up. Laying bricks and blocks sometimes.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my programme a lot it’s a great laugh w the lads but we also work hard while having fun

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes I have learnt how to work as a team and have got better knowledge and skills on bricklaying when I get the chance to lay

My programme is well organised with me going to college one day a week and working on site the other 4. College and work all communicate well with me.

A lot of support with emails and visits asking me how I am getting on while on site and how everything is going at college
