Working in FS Assurance, you are assigned to clients in which you tasks instructed by your seniors. These can range from documenting, to taking minutes, to using different tools.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I like it a lot, it's very intense but that is perfect for me

At EY you will learn new skills very often and be exposed to so many new things. They are constantly pushing you to be your best

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Decently well structured, most things are booked for you, you do have a lot of responsibility to keep up with everything though.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Plenty mentally, there are constantly new trainings to do aswell.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A decent amount, key deadlines are often monitored to ensure appropriate progress (mock exams, quizzes etc.). Lots of revision tools are provided and tutors are there to answer any questions
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My qualification helps me understand the why's behind the tasks I do, which helps me greatly appreciate the work of I and my colleagues, as well as allowing me to perform to a higher standard
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Running, social events for our office, department and even client team, some sports teams, depends which office you are in

You learn a lot, and although it is intense, you will come out of it being exceptional
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?
It is still an office culture, so be polite, play by the rules but most importantly, embrace all the new experiences with open arms, do not limit yourself!
