Manager of labour and deployment across 540 garages across the retail garage estate, responsible for ensuring correct deployment vs budget. Involved in operational projects specific to labour and deployment

Early days but enjoying that I am doing it with people I work and interact with on a daily basis, it helps make examples more relevant
