This apprenticeship has helped me develop many employability skills like email etiquette, professionalism and punctuality aswell as built on my knowledge of the aviation industry.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my program. It’s the perfect job for me and British airways have done a great job at helping me develop my skills.

I’ve developed my knowledge on the aviation industry as a whole and have now got practical workplace skills to back that up.

The program is well structured with lots of good support networks. British airways are very organised and always deliver their intended plans.

My training provider provides excellent help and support towards my qualifications. Our trainer helps me as much as he can on study days to broaden my knowledge.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
One bit of advice would be to reduce the number of extremely early shifts, so that apprentices are not fatuiged so that they can learn more.
