Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Throughout my apprenticeship, I’ve developed a strong skill set in digital tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate, which has allowed me to contribute to streamlining processes and creating data-driven solutions. I’m currently in a Communications and Engagement role, where I’m further building my skills in stakeholder engagement, content creation, and internal communications—gaining a well-rounded understanding of how to effectively connect with and support teams across the business.
