HR focused. People Policy team. Conduct cases, managing policies, ensuring that guidelines and procedures are followed correctly. Manning the inbox, responding to queries, accurate record documentation.

British Airways has many opportunities for a young individual looking to develop their skill sets and become a confident and successful employee. From graduate schemes to degree apprenticeships to level 2/3 apprenticeship schemes - there is a door open for everyone and the support that apprentices receive to help them thrive is amazing.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
Be confident, present yourself well, showcase your skills. Remember that when applying for apprenticeships, you are showing the employer you would like this opportunity to grow and develop your skills, learn from your mistakes / experiences and work towards a goal.
