Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I manage my store as if I was the store manager. I compete schedules, sign off payroll, delegate tasks to my peers and fill out any store admin that needs completing
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
I enjoyed the personal learning experience. My trainer catered my learning to how I like learning. This helped me understand my modules much better

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I've progressed from relying on others to lead me, to now running my store and leading myself

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
It's very well structured. I felt like I was behind, but upon reviewing the progress I was actually ahead of myself
How much support do you receive from your employer?
2/5
Not much. I feel my time for my apprenticeship, isn't a priority. I've had to either work from home or try to fit learning time on my shifts and in between shifts.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I receive a really good amount of support. Even for things that aren't apprenticeship related. My trainer has been a big emotional support as well as a apprenticeship support
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I feel that without undergoing the apprenticeship, I wouldn't have the knowledge or confidence to be where I am now.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
2/5
Not to my knowledge
