I am on a long term placement as a content producer. My day to day role consists of producing content for Internal Comms, Social Media, PR and Sustainability.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think my programme is great, I have been given several opportunities to develop, learn new skills and grow.

I have developed several skills, such as planning, communication and time management.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme is structured well, with clear communication from apprenticeship managers. The structure gives us the opportunity to try different business areas, as well as meet and network with many new people.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a good level of support from my employer. Including mentoring and time to complete study work.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive some support from my training provider - through catch ups and seminars. However away from these support and contact can sometimes be sparse. With little resources and sometimes poor communication.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Somewhat, I feel that only a small selection of the modules on my Content Creator qualification actually match up to my regular role. However the areas that do match, have benefited me well.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At British Airways we have good opportunity to get involved with extra activities, such as social events, networking and charity fundraising.
