Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
There was always support from the team generally whenever you needed support. I always had a mentor that I would have regular 1-to-1's with to discuss anything from Uni work to personal life, supporting my personal development.
The Lead Engineer would always offer or give support when it was needed in a similar manner to my mentor.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Generally a good atmosphere at RRMC but with some improvements needing to be made. I have loved working there and going to work there everyday for the last year. The people at the company are very helpful and a pleasure to work with on the whole.
Only negative things are revolving around a large focus on green statuses rather than sometimes fixing the problem.

I have loved my placement. I would highly recommend this placement for anyone that loves cars and engineering. I think it is one of the best placements at the company with a team that is also hard to beat.
It has been great for several reasons but I think the main reason has been the way the team has helped me to greatly develop as an Engineer over the last 12 months.
