Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
Supporting programme managers with the execution and delivery of aircraft cabin engineering projects and programmes. This involves communicating with suppliers and managing data and information.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
The qualification is going to be valuable and the KSBs I develop from the qualification will be directly translatable to my work.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
4/5
Communication skills. Problem solving skills. Networking skills. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBi skills. Project Management skills.

Structure and Support

The programme is excellent in terms of structure. Getting the rotational aspect in the first year is great for experience purposes. Then being able to specialise in year 2 and 3 benefits skill and knowledge development even further.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
More than happy with the availability of support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The training provider is constantly offering up support at all sessions and is happy to answer any questions or queries that I ask via email.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
The direct links I see between what I learn in my qualification sessions and my job role are extremely valuable.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
Networking events and volunteering opportunities are offered throughout each month.
