To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Learning side of my apprenticeship with Fareport, studying Project Management is enjoyable. The content is steady and relevant and am able to apply this to my role at British Airways well.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Further developing stakeholder engagement, and overall company wide engagement strategies. Developing skills around data analysis throughout the transformation side of my role, and understanding emissions calculations etc.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

Training sessions with Fareport are structured, with clear sessions objectives made clear at the beginning of each seminar. These are then recapped at the end of the session to ensure these were met.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I feel well supported, from both my placement manager and my Emerging Talent Development Manager. Any queries or struggles that I may have, they are always happy to spend the time to support me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I feel well supported from my training provider at Fareport. She is responsive via emails with any questions that I have outside of our seminars, and always offers her time if I ever need any 1-2-1 support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With the transformation part of my role within Sustainability at BA, I feel the Associate Project Manager apprenticeship has supported how I manage and structure the projects I am leading on.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes
Why?
I don't feel like an apprentice at BA. I am treated like any other employee and am given a high level of responsibility etc.
