Day to day I work in the operations at BA managing and supporting pilots with their absence.

I really enjoy my programme and always have. it is something I will never regret doing.

There is a lot of sporting events and teams offered by British Airways and networking events to volunteer at.

Would you recommend British Airways to a friend?
Yes
Why?
As an employer they are very fair and since working here I always have had a sense of belonging. To work for an airline with such history is something I take great pride in.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
Always be yourself. BA love people for who they are and what you can bring to the business is always welcome. Have an open mind as opportunities can come from anywhere and you should always say yes as they can lead to such great experiences.
