Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Data analysis of customer feedback whereby we create action plans to improve customer and retailer experience, this feeds into our overall customer strategy. We then perform root cause analysis to understand the issue. This gets fed into our customer governance approach to gain support from the wider business and leadership.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

The course is well structured - expectations and assignments are clear and well set out. Retention is less clear here but if you work hard, you will find a place for you
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Line management support is strong, they are the key touchpoint. Limited contact with HR but when needed, an open dialogue is there.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Pretty good, lecturers are happy to help. It has made my final year much easier - so thank you to them!

yes - I visited parliament to represent BMW Group apprentices which was amazing and planning on taking part in a fitness challenge with my team
