I am currently in retailer marketing where I help my manager with providing marketing material for the retail network.

Yes, I have developed myself a lot. I would say mainly in my organisation, my networking and my people skills.

I would ask for better organisation of the programme, there are plenty of examples where aspects of the programme could have been more efficient and more thought through.

Lots of support from my employer.

Moderate amount of support, naturally this is less as we are only there for one day a week.

Moderately. I don't think I use it as much as I use the experience I have at work.
